WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major forms of credit cards and e-cheques (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and so forth).  All payments are securely processed through Paypal without any release of your own personal identification.  For Australian customers, we are happy to accept direct bank deposit. If you wish to purchase from the online store via direct debit please contact us to arrange this.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER AND HOW MUCH DOES POSTAGE COST?

We deliver all over the world, shipping costs are charged at a flat rate:  $5 (AUD) for Australian customers and $10 (AUD) for international customers.

WHAT METHOD OF POSTAGE DO YOU USE?

We use standard parcel post within Australia (Australia Post) and standard airmail for international orders.  If you wish to use express post or international courier services, please contact us and we will organise this for an additional fee.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

We check each item carefully for imperfections before dispatch.   Please note also that it is important that you refer to our size charts before you place your order as these provide you with enough information to make an informed decision.  Items can be exchanged, with return postage incurred by the customer.  Note also that items must be returned in unused condition with the original hang tags still attached.  If you are unhappy with a product you have received please contact us and we will liaise with you regarding exchanging your product.
